Centah CRM
What is Centah?
Centah Inc. is a Toronto-based SaaS company with over 15 years of experience helping businesses establish, maintain, and optimize their home service programs. We specialize in enterprise-scale lead management software designed specifically for the home services industry, built to handle the complexity and volume that large operations demand.
With a North American Contact Center supporting clients across the United States and Canada, we're more than a software provider — we're an end-to-end partner to make your home service program run smarter and more efficiently.
Our platform is purpose-built for enterprise operations where lead volume is high, service networks are complex, and visibility gaps are costly. It brings together geographic lead routing, omnichannel lead capture, zero-friction scheduling, automated compliance management, and a turnkey integration engine, giving your team real-time visibility into every lead across the entire sales cycle.
Trusted by Fortune 500 retailers, manufacturers, and vendors, Centah is designed to eliminate the blind spots that cost businesses revenue and leave customers with a fragmented service experience.
What types of businesses is Centah built for?
Centah is purpose-built for enterprise organizations running complex, high-volume home service programs across distributed networks, including managed service networks, private equity groups, and contractors. Whether supporting enterprise-scale operations or growing regional providers, Centah is designed to handle large lead volumes, coordinate service delivery across multiple partners, and provide the real-time visibility and control needed to maintain performance, accountability, and brand reputation.
Is Centah suitable for small contracting businesses?
Yes, and it's built to grow with you. Centah gives independent contractors a straightforward workflow to manage leads, schedule jobs with direct Google and Microsoft calendar sync, and run their entire sales cycle from a smartphone with the mobile field app.
You get the same powerful infrastructure that Fortune 500 networks rely on, configured to the scale and simplicity your business needs today.
Can Centah handle large-scale enterprise service networks?
Centah has spent 15+ years solving the operational challenges of running enterprise-scale home service programs. Our platform reflects that experience, with enterprise network orchestration, geographic lead routing across multiple regions, automated compliance enforcement, and Looker-powered analytics that give you a real-time view of performance across your entire network, no matter how large it grows.
We already have a tech stack, including custom tools. How does Centah work with what we already have?
Yes, and connecting to your existing system is a core part of what Centah does. Our turnkey integration engine is built to connect with your existing platforms, including custom-built tools, through a full API suite. Whether you're running a proprietary CRM, a custom reporting tool, or third-party platforms your operation depends on, Centah plugs in without disrupting your existing workflows.
My business is looking to consolidate our tech stack. Can Centah replace what we already use?
Centah is built to do exactly that. From lead capture and geographic routing to compliance management, scheduling, contractor oversight, field operations, and real-time analytics, Centah covers the full operational lifecycle of a home service program in one platform.
For businesses looking to eliminate the cost, complexity, and data fragmentation that comes with managing multiple disconnected tools, Centah gives you everything you need in one place.
How does Centah route leads across a large contractor network?
Centah's lead routing engine gives you full control over how leads reach your network, in layers. Coverage is defined by postal code/zip code, county, or province/state, and segmented further by service type, marketing channel, or geography.
For retail footprints, routing is based on driving distance from store locations, matching customers to contractors who can actually serve them. When multiple contractors have overlapping coverage, you set the priority order. Once your routing logic is in place, each lead recipient configures their own availability through the app or Google Calendar, so appointment booking happens automatically.
What happens when a contractor doesn't acknowledge a lead?
With Centah, a lead never goes cold. Enterprises can configure the acknowledgement window to match their own service standards, and if a contractor fails to respond within that time, our routing engine automatically reroutes the lead to the next priority contractor. The whole process happens behind the scenes, so customers get a fast, seamless experience without ever noticing the delay.
How does Centah prevent leads from falling through the cracks?
Losing a lead is not just a missed opportunity; it's wasted ad spend and a hit to your brand reputation.
Our geographic lead routing engine is built to make sure that never happens. Rather than distributing leads broadly and hoping for the best, Centah only routes leads to partners who are primed and ready to action, based on location and performance. If a partner is slow to respond, the routing engine automatically redirects the lead before the delay costs you a customer. The result is a system where every lead is accounted for, every dollar of ad spend is protected, and your brand reputation stays intact at every touchpoint.
How does Centah manage contractor licensing and certifications?
Keeping contractor compliance up to date is easy to overlook when your team is busy, and the consequences of letting it lapse can be costly. Through Centah’s automated compliance management, contractors can upload their licenses, insurance policies, and EPA certifications directly into the platform and set expiry alerts so documentation never lapses.
How does Centah protect our brand from non-compliant providers?
Your brand is only as strong as the partners representing it in the field, and one uncertified contractor showing up at a customer’s door can undo years of trust.
Our automated compliance management feature instantly revokes lead access for any contractor who falls out of compliance, so there is zero chance of accidentally dispatching an uncertified provider to a customer’s house.
In addition, with Centah’s escalation tool, any customer feedback that comes in is automatically routed to the right team, so issues are caught, managed, and resolved before they impact your reputation.
What kind of reporting does Centah provide?
Centah’s advanced analytics feature is an integrated business intelligence solution powered by Looker, giving you dynamic visual dashboards and real-time metrics across every stage of your sales funnel. Unlike basic past-performance reporting, our analytics are built for action, instantly surfacing your top-performing partners, flagging underperformance, and uncovering expansion opportunities through dynamic opportunity mapping. Reports can also be emailed out automatically or triggered based on specific events, so the right people always have the right data at the right time.
Can I track marketing ROI across my entire network?
Yes, and with a level of precision most platforms can’t match. Centah’s analytics engine ties every completed dollar directly back to the specific marketing campaigns that drove it, so you can see exactly where your budget is working and where it's being wasted. The result is smarter spend decisions, less wasted ad budget, and the confidence to double down on the campaigns and partners driving the most profitable growth.
Centah Contact Center
What does the Centah Contact Center do?
The Centah Contact Center is a team of North American agents who handle customer communication for home services businesses. They answer inbound calls, qualify and follow up on leads, book and confirm appointments, create service requests, and manage complaints through to resolution. The service runs 363 days a year across phone, SMS, and email, with support in English, French, and Spanish.
How is Centah different from an answering service or an offshore call center?
An answering service takes a message; Centah agents resolve the issue. Agents are trained on each client's products and processes and operate as an extension of the client's business. And unlike offshore call centers, Centah staffs North American agents, which is what most callers prefer.
What services can Centah agents handle beyond taking messages?
Our agents do far more than just take messages. They are trained with a sales mindset to drive outcomes.
Capabilities include:
- Booking & qualifying leads
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
- Creating service requests
- Contacting leads from aggregators and rehashing older leads
- Processing customer complaints & resolving branch-specific issues
What channels and languages do you support?
We operate 363 days a year across multiple channels, including phone calls, SMS, and email. Our team supports communication in English, French, and Spanish.
How do you maintain high quality across calls?
We have a dedicated Quality Management team that reviews a set number of calls for every agent each week. Supervisors conduct weekly coaching sessions, use automated quality-monitoring tools, and perform live call reviews to provide agents with immediate feedback.
How are Centah agents trained to represent my specific brand?
Agents complete two weeks of foundational training on Centah’s sales-oriented approach. Following that, they undergo specialized training on your company's specific products, services, and brand voice so they act as a true internal team rather than an outside call center.
When is it time for a business to work with Centah?
We work best for high-volume or scaling businesses that need support with sales, lead generation, or customer service, especially those needing extended hours of coverage. If overflowing inboxes, missed calls, or staff burnout are stalling your operations, it is time to get in touch.
Why outsource to Centah instead of building an in-house call team?
Building an internal team requires significant time, capital, and management overhead for hiring, training, and scheduling. Centah handles the operational heavy lifting so your internal team can stay focused on core operations and business growth.
What technology powers the Centah Contact Center?
Our platform includes built-in CRM functionality, lead management tools, automated workflow engines, appointment scheduling, role-based security, and custom analytics & reporting.
Can Centah integrate with our existing software systems?
Yes. Our platform features an API layer that allows us to integrate directly with your existing software and business tools, enabling seamless tracking from the initial inquiry all the way through to final service delivery.
Centah Flint
What is Centah Flint?
Centah Flint is a lead canvassing app that captures, qualifies, and distributes every lead you generate. It sits in front of your operations, so no lead from a call, text, email, or form goes untracked.
What kinds of businesses is Centah Flint for?
Flint is built for home services businesses that generate leads across multiple channels and need a reliable way to capture, qualify, and route them without manual intervention. It works equally well for smaller independent operators trying to tighten their lead flow and larger networks managing high volumes across multiple territories.
Do I need a developer to get Flint set up on my website?
No. The embedded lead form goes live as an iframe with no dev work required. It's branded and theme-matched to your site, and once placed, leads flow directly into your Flint system. For businesses wanting to connect additional sources like custom forms, social media, or aggregators, Flint supports that through API integration.
How does Flint capture leads?
Flint captures leads from calls, SMS, email, and web forms, then runs each one through qualification logic before it reaches your team.
How does Flint handle leads that come in outside of business hours?
Flint captures and processes inquiries around the clock. When calls, SMS, and emails come in outside of business hours, we automatically convert them into tracked leads so nothing sits in a voicemail or inbox waiting to be manually logged. Routing and notifications fire as soon as the lead enters the system.
Is Flint the same as Centah's CRM?
No. Flint is the intake layer, the automated front door for lead capture and distribution. Your CRM and job management run on the rest of the Centah platform.
Onboarding
What kind of onboarding support does Centah provide?
Centah provides a structured, end-to-end onboarding experience led by an Onboarding Manager who serves as your primary point of contact from day one. Post-launch, our Client Success team provides real-time monitoring, bug resolution, and ongoing platform optimization to make sure your program hits the ground running.
Contractors are onboarded through the multi-pillar approach that includes live virtual training sessions, self-paced video and in-app guides, automated account setups, and access to the full Centah knowledge base, so your entire network gets up to speed quickly and confidently.
How long does it take to get up and running on Centah?
Implementation timelines depend on the size and complexity of your business. For smaller teams using Centah out-of-the-box with minimal configuration, you can be up and running in just a few days. For larger organizations with more complex requirements, including custom workflows and multiple integrations, implementation typically spans eight to twelve weeks to ensure everything is configured, tested, and optimized for your operations.
Throughout the process, our dedicated onboarding team works closely with you and your team to guide onboarding, address questions, and ensure a smooth rollout.
What do new clients need to provide or prepare before migration starts?
We provide you with a template outlining the data required to populate your new system. From there, your team needs to provide access to the data you want migrated, in whichever format is most convenient, including CSV, API, or direct database access. Our onboarding team takes it from there!
How does Centah handle data migration from our current systems?
Our onboarding team has deep expertise in complex enterprise data migrations and manages the entire process for you. We've developed a dedicated suite of tools specifically built to handle enterprise-scale migrations, so that your historical data moves over accurately and securely.
Is there any downtime or disruptions to operations during the migration?
Centah has migrated large-scale, 24/7 enterprise operations using blue-green deployments and off-hours transitions, keeping disruptions to a minimum. Your team continues business-as-usual operations while the migration happens in the background.
Does Centah offer live support for customer inquiries?
Every Centah client is assigned to a dedicated Client Success team that knows your account and your setup. During business hours (Monday through Friday: 9 am - 5 pm), you can raise a ticket directly through the Centah platform, reach us by phone, or contact us by email.
Plans & Pricing
How does Centah's pricing work as we scale?
Centah's pricing is straightforward and built to grow with you. We charge a flat rate per lead, regardless of volume, with no tiered penalties or surprise fees as your program scales. You always know exactly what you’re paying for, making it easy to forecast costs, plan for growth, and invest confidently in expanding your home service program.
How does Centah’s per lead pricing model benefit my business?
Centah charges per lead, not per seat, and that directly protects your bottom line. For small and seasonal service businesses, your costs scale with your revenue. When lead volume slows, so does your bill, keeping your margins intact during your quietest months. For network orchestrators, per-lead pricing removes the incentive for providers to limit their users. Every team member who needs access gets it, which means faster response times, cleaner data, and better lead conversion across your entire network.
